HOW YOU CAN HELP!

There are two ways that you can help Found! in its goal to reduce the euthanization of family pets and bring them home to their families by displaying color photos of found pets on the Internet.

One, by volunteering to help at a local Found! project in your area or by starting a Found! project, if one does not exist in your community.

Two, support the work being done by Found! to save animal lives and reunite pets with their families by making a
tax deductible contribution to Found!.

Found!, a non-profit Arizona corporation, with 501 (c) (3) tax deductible non-profit status granted by the IRS, does not accept funds from tax supported entities.   All funds for the support of Found!'s activities come from charitable donations from people like yourself and corporations who feel strongly about animals and their welfare.

Your contribution to Found! can be in many forms, from a simple cash donation mailed to our mailing address listed below, a regular monthly contribution, contribution of needed items, donation of items no longer needed to Found! for re-sale, such as used cars or other items, a bequeathment in your will.   All of these methods qualify for a tax deduction under the current tax laws.  For more details see Guidelines for Tax Deductible Contributions.

If you so desire, your contribution may be designated to support a specific activity at Found!.   The following categories represent various activities that you can support directly through your contributions.

  Operations - The day to day expenses of maintaining the web site, forms, office supplies, flash batteries and other consumables.

  Infrastructure - Computers, digital cameras, office furniture and equipment.

  Expansion - One of Found!s goals is to establish a Found! project in every community in the U.S. that would want one.

  Outreach - We need to get the word out to the public that we are here and doing a great job! Brochures, Public Service Announcements, attendance and displays at local and national conferences, etc.

  Research - Finding better ways to save animals.   Not only through the use of new technology, but also by developing new techniques and approaches.

  Financial Assistance Program - Occasionally, we encounter low-income families or senior citizens that have located their beloved pet at a shelter, but cannot afford the fees required to redeem their pet.  In select cases Found! will provide financial assistance to bring the two together.   It is, to us, unforgivable that we should be able to reunite two loved ones, only to see that reunion fail through the lack of funds.

Contributions should be made out to;
